I William Worboys of Ashwell hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral
and testamentary expenses be first duly paid; and I leave all my real and
personal estate to Edward Tindale and Edward Bacon in Trust to pay all my just
debts & funeral and testamentary expenses & to pay over the residue to
my son George Worboys - in order to effect the aforesaid I direct my estate both
real & personal to be sold by public or private sale & the proceeds to
be disposed of as aforesaid - and I appoint the said Trustees my executors In
Witness whereof I hereto put my name this twenty first day of March 1853

In the Goods of William Warboys deceased Appeared personally Peter Bailey of
Ashwell in the County of Hertford Bricklayer and made oath that he is one of the
subscribed Witnesses to the last Will and Testament of William Warboys late of
Ashwell in the County of Hertford Labourer deceased the said Will bearing date
the twenty first day of March One thousand eight hundred and fifty three now
hereunto annexed And he further made oath that on the twenty first day of March
aforesaid the said testator executed the said Will by subscribing his named at
the foot or end thereof in the presence of this Deponent and of Susan Waldock
the other attesting Witness thereto both of whom were present at the same time
and this Deponent and the said Susan Waldock thereupon attested and subscribed
the said Will in the presence of the said testator and of each other.

On the sixth day of December 1853 the said Peter Bailey was duly sworn to the truth of this Affidavit Before me H Wiles Surrogate
Hitchin 6th December 1853
Edward Bacon one of the Executors within named was
sworn duly to execute the within Will that the testator died on or about the
twenty first day of March 1853 And that the effects of the deceased are under
the value of Twenty pounds Power being reserved to make the like grant to Edward
Tindale the other Exor &c when &c Before me H Wiles Surrogate
