Sarah Bailey, 1813

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Sarah Bailey of Ashwell in the County of Hertford Widow. First I Give and bequeath unto my Son Richard my Son John and my Daughter Ann the Sum of Six Pounds of lawful Money to be equally divided between them Also I Give unto my son Joseph and his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever All the rest and residue of my Goods Stock Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever And also all my Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I Give and devise unto my Executor of this my Will. And lastly I do hereby revoke all and every other Will and Wills by me before made or executed and I hereby do nominate and appoint my Son Joseph sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirteen.
